This group includes a training program designed to help the business person who sits for a prolonged period of time. Each phase consists of 4 weeks with 3 resistance training, circuit-style workouts per week. Cardio is included for those who desire to lose some excess body fat. Anyone who sits for a long period of time daily could benefit from a specific exercise program designed to help with posture, strength, mobility, and weight loss. It does not matter how much experience one may have with fitness training. We can make small modifications for any beginner or modifications for an experienced exerciser. These programs are similar to those we use with our gym clients who are executives and office workers. We have found this program highly effective in making them feel mobile and strong, despite the hours of sitting that they do for work.
