This group is for anyone who is looking to simply get fit. There will be different phases through out the training program with each phase having an emphasis on fat loss, posture, and lean muscle density. The exercise selection and training methodology will be similar to the style we use for our in-house clients who are looking to improve their physique by losing fat and getting fit.
